Frequently Asked Questions

Listed below the most common questions asked about the reunion. If you need more information or have additional questions, then please don't hesitate to contact us.

How is the ticket price determined?
The ticket price has four main components. A significant factor is the cost of the facility where you will hold the reunion. The nicer places simply cost more. Another factor is the meal you will be served. Again, that amount goes to the facility where the reunion will be held, usually a hotel. A third portion of the ticket price goes to cover other expenses at the reunion. These items include decorations, entertainment and photography. A final portion of the ticket price covers all the other expenses related to putting on a reunion. These activities include conducting research to find your classmates; designing, printing and mailing invitations; and providing staff to coordinate events both before and at the reunion.

Can I pay with a Credit Card?
Yes. Great Reunions currently accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You can purchase your tickets via a secure link by clicking here.

Will you mail the reunion tickets to me?
No. We will hold them for you. You can pick them up at the reception table at the reunion.

How do I know that you received my payment?
By checking your bank statement (to see when the check clears) or your monthly credit card statement (to see a charge to Great Reunions).

When is the deadline for purchasing reunion tickets?
All payments received within the last 4 weeks from the Friday prior to the reunion will be charged an additional $10 per ticket. There is a $10 processing fee for all refunds. However, refund requests must be received no later than 7 days prior to the reunion (Friday by 5:00 P.M. PST). All pre-paid orders must be received by 4:00 P.M. PST the Thursday prior to the reunion.

How can I find out who is going to attend?
The best way you can do this is to contact the classmates you're interested in seeing, and talk to them about attending. You can also contact the chairperson of your class' reunion committee for information.

How many people will attend?
It's hard to say. That's because the level of interest, response and participation varies so much from class to class. One thing we know for sure is that the best way to increase attendance at the reunion is for classmates to get on the phone and encourage each other to attend. There really is no substitute for this personal touch. A motivated committee can make a huge difference by leading the effort for your class.
